We us Paypal because PayPal allows us to offer you a secure, convenient and cost-effectively method of making payment online. Paypals network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution. Delivering a product ideally suited for small businesses, currently underserved by traditional payment mechanisms.

1. All goods will remain the property of Well Marketing Limited until such goods are paid for in full.

2.METHODS OF PAYMENT

2.1. Mastercard, VISA, Switch (all online secure payment provided by PAYPAL)

2.2 Cash, cheque (personal with guarantee card), business cheques by arrangement, Bankers Draft. Customers may be required to wait for goods until such times as any cheque, business, personal or other has cleared through Well Marketing Limited's account. Such requirement shall be at the sole discretion of Healthier Air Limited.

3. GUARANTEE

3.1 Well Marketing Limited supplied air treatment products are guaranteed for a period of one year.

4. RETURNS

4.1 30 day cooling period from receipt of goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase for what ever reason, contact us and we will make arrangements to collect the unit(s) or you can send the unit to us and we will issue a full refund (minus the collection charge, if we pick it up) or supply a replacement unit within 30 days.

5. Warranties shall not be transferable.

6. This warranty shall remain void whilst any sum, directly relative to the sum payable in respect of the products remains unpaid.

7. Where and when goods or systems which are returned under warranty on the customers assumption that they have failed and or are not operating correctly which are subsequently found to be operating correctly, a charge in keeping with standard Well Marketing Limited's labour charges will be effected. No goods or systems will be returned to any customer until such payments where applicable are made.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If you have any complaints with regards to any matter in dealing with Healthier Air Limited, either product supplied, timescales in receipt of product or level of service you received, we will endeavor to act on such, in a number of ways:
· Firstly we will acknowledge any complaint within 48 working hours of receipt.
· Endeavor to resolve any and all complaints within 10 working days.
· Maintain regular communication throughout the process
· Ensure that any complaint helps increase our consumer awareness and endeavor there is no reoccurrence of similar complaints.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We never sell our customer lists.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
